Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Shree Vallabh Jewellers, we take pride in our craftsmanship. Due to the nature of jewellery products and hygiene considerations, we maintain a strict policy as detailed below.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Timeframe: Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been processed or dispatched.
  • Non-Cancellable: Once an order has entered the processing or shipping stage, it cannot be cancelled. Customized, special, or made-to-order products are not eligible for cancellation once processing has begun.

2. Return & Replacement Policy

  • General Rule: We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind once an order has been delivered.
  • Damaged / Defective Items: In the rare case where you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Mandatory Proof: To be eligible for a resolution, you are required to share a clear and continuous unboxing video along with images of the received product. Requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
  • Replacement Timeline: After review and approval of the proof, the replacement or exchange product will be shipped and delivered to you within 6 to 9 business days.

3. Refund Policy

  • Eligibility: Refunds are applicable only in cases where a replacement is not available for a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
  • Approval: Refund requests are subject to verification by our team.
  • Processing Timeline: Once a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method (Bank / Card / UPI) within 5 to 7 business days.
  • Exclusions: Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by courier partners, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or customer unavailability at the time of delivery.
